We never charge candidates

REI Hospitality Kenya does not charge candidates any fee, at any stage. Applying for a role, registering with us, being interviewed and being placed are all free. Employers pay our fees.

Recruitment fee scams are common in Kenya. If anyone asks you to pay for a job, for an interview, for "registration", for training or for a medical check in our name, it is not us. Please report it to us at info@reihospitality.co.ke so we can act on it.

Using This Site

You may use this website to look for work, to apply for advertised roles, and to enquire about our services. You may not use it to submit false information, to apply on someone else's behalf without their knowledge, to scrape or copy content in bulk, or to attempt to gain access to areas of the site you are not authorised to use.

Accuracy of Job Listings

We take reasonable care that listings are accurate at the time of publication. Roles can change or be filled at short notice, and details are supplied to us by employers. A listing is not an offer of employment, and its presence on this site does not guarantee the role is still available.

We do not guarantee placement

Submitting an application or a CV does not guarantee an interview, a placement or employment. Hiring decisions rest with the employer.

Consultancy Services

Consultancy, advisory, training and related work is provided under a separate written engagement agreed with you before it begins. That agreement sets out the scope, the timetable, the fees and the responsibilities of each side, and it takes precedence over anything on this website if the two disagree.

Nothing on this site is an offer to provide services on particular terms, and requesting a consultation does not create a contract between us.

Information on this site is general

Descriptions of our services, guidance about hotel development, operations, classification standards, costing and related subjects are general information. They are not professional advice for your property or your project, and they do not take account of your circumstances. Do not act on them as a substitute for advice given to you directly under an engagement.

Where we refer to regulatory or classification standards, those standards are set and changed by the relevant authorities, not by us. Confirm the current position with them before relying on it.

Projects and Clients Named on This Site

Projects are listed with the client's agreement. Naming a property does not imply that client endorses us, and it does not indicate the outcome of any other assignment.

Your Information

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit, and you confirm you have the right to share it. How we handle your personal data is set out in our privacy policy.

Intellectual Property

The content of this site, including text, layout, graphics and the REI Hospitality name and logo, belongs to REI Hospitality Kenya unless stated otherwise. You may read it and share it. You may not reproduce it commercially without our permission.

Limitation of Liability

We provide this website in good faith and take reasonable care over its content. To the extent permitted by Kenyan law, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the site, from reliance on its content, or from any interruption to its availability. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Where we link to another website, we are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the Kenyan courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
