About the Property

Sun & Sand Beach Resort is an all-inclusive beachfront resort on 16.5 acres of landscaped gardens at Mtwapa, on the shore of the Indian Ocean. The fifteen-storey building holds 55 residential apartments, built to sit between resort living and a private home, with ocean views from the balconies and white sand below them.

The accommodation is a mix of furnished two and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses with private terraces, which lets the resort take multi-generational family groups and couples looking for somewhere quiet without putting them in the same room type.

Guests have two outdoor pools, a tennis court, a restaurant and a children's club with a pool and waterslide of its own. WiFi and self-parking are included throughout, and the beach is directly accessible. The resort is about 25 minutes from the Kikambala Vipingo airstrip and 40 minutes from Mombasa's international airport, which keeps it within reach without putting it in the middle of anything.
