About the Property

Ngolu Hotel & Residences is a newly built four-star property at Kwa Ngendu in Kitui, next to the county administration offices and connected to a shopping centre. It is contemporary hospitality infrastructure in a regional market that is drawing more business travel and corporate work than it used to.

Rooms run from deluxe standards of 45 square metres through junior suites at 90 to executive suites at 180, with three beds and three bathrooms in the largest. All of them look out over the hills and carry private bathrooms, a laptop workspace with proper seating, and WiFi.

The hotel has a full-service spa for massage and therapeutic treatments, two restaurants and a poolside bar. Its signature is an open-air rooftop swimming pool looking over the Kitui hills and the town, which is what guests single out and what separates it from anything else in the area.

For business there are six meeting rooms, conference space and a business centre. Housekeeping, laundry, luggage storage and a 24-hour front desk are standard, wedding services are offered, and breakfast, parking and WiFi are included.
