About the Property

Parkside Villa Kitui is the region's conference and events property, built around event infrastructure and serving corporate clients, government bodies and celebration hosts across eastern Kenya. By its own account it has been running for more than twenty years and has hosted upwards of 500 events.

Its advantage is the seven conference venues and the range between them: Amboseli, Nzambani, Syokimau, Highrise, Maasai Mara and Longonot halls plus a board room, configurable between theatre, classroom, U-shape, boardroom and banquet. All of them carry audiovisual equipment, PA and projection, which is what lets the property take a government conference and a wedding in the same week.

Accommodation runs from standard premium rooms through deluxe and highrise suites to executive suites and cottages, the last with private backyard balconies and room for four. WiFi, air conditioning and smart televisions are standard across all of them.

There are five places to eat and drink: a VIP lounge, an open bar and counter, coffee garden suites in the grounds, a ground-floor restaurant serving local and international food, and a breakfast room. Recreation is a central swimming pool set in gardens with a children's zone, a slate pool table in the entertainment lounge, and a playground open through the day. The front desk is staffed around the clock, with concierge, event management and parking.
